We have had an interesting week! We started with a power house of energy and have ended it with Venus going retrograde!
What is so special and important about the retrograde motion anyway? It is really an apparent motion of speed. A great example of retrograde motion is when two trains are passing one another at different speeds. At a specific time, it looks as if one train is going backwards. So it is with the energies or planets in relation to the speed of our planet Earth. As a planet slows down in speed, it looks as if it is moving backwards.
The astrological interpretation of retrograde motion, lends to revisiting or going back over circumstances.
Venus happens to be the current retrograde energy, as of Friday October 8, we are now expressing to do over. So the energy stays in a particular area (represented by astrological houses in a chart) of our lives for a specific period of time.
It is has been my observation, retrograde planets and the signs they are in, are also expressed, opposite from what they are. For instance, right now, Venus is in the sign of Scorpio. Venus love, desires and Scorpio is passion and intensity. However, we may see Venus, while in retrograde, express more like Mars (opposite of Venus) and Taurus (opposite of Scorpio). Is that also good for money? Oh YES! Both in receiving it and spending it!
We can see if this is true at 11:55 AM EDT until 3:15 PM EDT as the Moon will be conjuncting (new beginnings) Venus. This will activate Venus in the retrograde motion for the first time since Friday.
Venus may actually end up expressing itself in a more assertive way as well as finding an easier way to do things. In fact, it could end up being a more of a Mars kind of day as the Moon will also activate this aggressive energy in the evening about 6:20 PM EDT.

Venus Retrogrades!
Hello Everyone and Blessings!
Were you able to feel the weight of Saturn last night as Mercury(Communications) co-joined this planet of slowing things down? This powerful combination will be finished by 10:07 PM EDT this evening!
On the east coast of the USA, we wake up to Venus having retrograded in the early morning hours. Time to begin the process of re-doing or simply going back over the events since August 13th. Thank goodness Venus gives us blessings!
The Moon will be void of course starting 9:38 AM EDT until the afternoon at 3:52 PM EDT. Perhaps this is a good thing since the Jupiter/Uranus combo will be activated during this time. Void of course Moon can certainly dampen any quick and unexpected changes that might otherwise be occurring. It is a far more restful day..........well maybe simply, less energy!
However, with the Moon moving into Scorpio, this Venus retrograde will be showing its self in the next day or so. It is a good time to watch the stock market today as it can be reflecting this retrograde motion!
By evening there is great opportunity to experience a more positive side to Pluto as the Moon will be forming a most benevolent aspect to the small but powerful energy planet!

Take the Blessings from Sweet Venus!
Hello Everyone and Blessings!
We have an interesting next two days as Venus goes retrograde. Money, love, blessings and desires of all kinds are to be revisited in the next month and a half! Venus will retrograde 3:03 AM EDT on Friday. The stock market will be interesting to watch both on Thursday and Friday. I love the way the Stock Market can reflect the energy of the day!
So has does this affect us? Where we have Scorpio in our astrological charts is the area we are experiencing these blessings. Now relationships are sure to have an evaluation going on such as questions like, is this worth it? How can we make our relationship greater? It is also taking stock of how we are spending money, receiving money and using money in a discerning way. So for anyone born on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th of any month, you may have the understanding occur, loving one's own self is definitely on the menu!
Thursday October 7th, ( last day of honoring the ancestors and the end of the ayurvedic seasonal junction) is really a day of new intentions and new beginnings. During the dream state for those of us in the USA and Canada, we can take a look of any turning points in our lives showing up in the dreams we may have had during the night. The rest of the world will be watching those turning points in the early to late morning hours.
The remainder of the day is one of new beginnings in all directions. Very refreshing after all the endings we have had recently!
A great way to prepare for Venus retrograding, is to make some new beneficial intentions as Venus will continue to shower blessings in various ways for the remainder of the year! And aren't we grateful for that?
By 5:08 PM EDT, the evening can bring a more subdued feeling as Saturn will be highlighted by Mercury joining this task master for a 24 hour period. Being mindful of our words will be aligning ourselves with the stars for sure!

A day of rest on Tuesday and now the big guns are coming out today! Where to start? Remember Neptune the planet of confusion, which is boundless and the greatest expression of compassion? 8:14 AM EDT this energy will infuse the atmosphere with its presence. Luckily it only continues until 11:38 AM EDT. The greatest use of this blue gaseous planet, is for contemplation, meditation and prayer. Otherwise we can deceive ourselves into believing things are worst than they actually are. People born on the 19th, 20th or 21st of a month, may also have a tendency to feel withdrawn or even feel sleepy.
At the same time, overlapping one another, is yup, you guessed it, the Jupiter and Uranus energy being activated until 2:18 PM EDT. Remember this is unexpected changes, so be alert and ready to go. Jupiter and Uranus combined is like a championship tennis match, where it's good to be on the toes of your feet ready to go in any direction at a moment's notice! DISRUPTIONS!

GLORIOUS DAY!

We are going to love this day! Tuesday October the 5th! What a glorious day! This day will be filled with opportunity expressing its self and love is in the air!
As early as 1:33 AM EDT doors are opening to make changes. Even the dream state will be a place to make everything flow in a gentle manner!
By the 11:30 AM EDT, the stock market ought to be offering a promising time through 2:38 PM EDT.
It is time to say good-bye to the Venus/Mars conjunction as of today. This week, Venus will be slowing down as the 8th of October approaches. Re-do money, love, appreciation will be happening until the 18th of November! Events that have taken place since the 13th of August will be revisited in the next month and a half. We can talk about this more as the week progresses.
The rest of the day looks good for competing and being pleasantly assertive for the rest of the evening!

Powerful Day for the Monday!

Weekend is over and a new week begins! What to expect this week?
We begin with Saturn lifting his heavy hand as the turning point time is over! Can you feel the lift? Even a little? Perhaps not as Neptune (fog, illusions and not seeing clearly) will be active in the early morning until 11:30 AM EDT.
Once again Jupiter (Travel) and Uranus (sudden disruptions) will be taking place from 9:01 AM EDT
until 2:32 PM EDT. Be flexible as the aspect triggering this is called a quincunx! And that means what? Be ready to make adjustments at the drop of a hat!
The Moon will be going void of course (kind of a vaccum time) at 9:53 AM EDT until 4:00 PM EDT when it enters into the sign of Virgo. Here Mercury becomes the ruler of the Moon. What does that mean? It means, any movement with Mercury will have an influence over the greater whole and particularly when the Moon goes over a personal planet in someone's life. It will impact that planet or expression of energy.
Mercury will be making an irritating aspect to PLUTO from 10:35 AM EDT until October 5th, 3:35 PM EDT!
